These terms govern your use of Filadiz Games, a coaching service operated by Informática Experta Filadiz SL (CIF B05675376), Calle Veracruz 15, 14900 Lucena, Córdoba, España. By placing an order you agree to them.

The service we provide

Filadiz Games sells gameplay coaching time only. We provide live guided sessions and VOD (video review) coaching. We do not sell in-game items, currency, accounts or ranks, we do not play ranked matches on your behalf, and we never access or log into your account. You keep full control of your account at all times.

No guaranteed outcomes

Coaching improves your understanding and decision-making. Rank, rating and placement outcomes depend on your own play and factors outside our control, and are never promised as part of a booking.

Bookings and scheduling

Sessions are booked in blocks of one, two or three hours. After purchase we contact you to schedule your session with a coach. Please arrive on time and ready to play on your own account.

Acceptable use

You agree to behave respectfully toward coaches, to provide accurate information, and not to request anything that violates a game's terms of service. We may decline or cancel bookings that would breach platform rules.

Payments and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT at checkout. Payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumer withdrawal rights and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Where a service has been fully performed with your prior consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply as permitted by consumer law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your place of residence.
